Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please note:

  • Processing time refers to when your order is prepared for shipment, not delivery time.

  • During peak seasons, holidays, or major events, processing times may be extended.


Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground, depending on the item and fulfillment location.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.


Fulfillment & Drop Shipping

Nest Hollow fulfills orders in two ways:

  • Some items ship directly from our own warehouse

  • Some items are drop shipped directly from our trusted suppliers

Because of this:

  • Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages

  • Delivery times may vary slightly between items


Shipping Locations

At this time, we:

  • Ship within the continental United States only

  • We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii

  • We do not ship internationally

We appreciate your understanding as we keep our operations small and sustainable.


Delivery Delays

While we work hard to ship orders promptly, delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather

  • Carrier delays

  • Holidays

  • Natural disasters or other major events beyond our control

Nest Hollow is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers once an order has left our possession. 


Incorrect Addresses & Lost Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Nest Hollow is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen
